Q. I want to accept this offer. How do I tender my shares? 

A. It depends on where you hold your shares. You are either a Non- Registered holder or a Registered holder.

1. What are the two types of Shareholders?
You hold your Pacific Booker shares with a bank, broker or financial intermediary.
You have a share certificate or a DRS Advice that was issued by the Transfer Agent for Pacific Booker.
2. What documents will I get mailed to me?
An Offer Circular and maybe an Information sheet from your broker.
An Offer Circular, A Letter of Transmittal (Yellow) and A Notice of Guaranteed Delivery (Blue).
3. I want to tender. What do I do to get American Eagle shares?
Call your Broker. Every broker has a different procedure on accepting your tender instructions. Your broker takes care of the rest.
Complete the Letter of Transmittal, (Yellow). Didn't receive this form - print one using the link above. Deliver the completed form along with your share cert. or DRS Advice to Shorecrest. If you can’t find your share cert or need help, call Shorecrest.
4. What do I do with the Notice of Guaranteed Delivery ( Blue )?
You won't get the Blue form in the mail. Only your broker may use it.
You don't need to complete the Blue form.
5. What’s the Deadline?
Every Broker has their own internal deadline, however, most have a 48 hour deadline which is July 27, 2026.
Shorecrest must have your original documents by 5:00 p.m. (Toronto Time) on July 29, 2026.
